Prerequisites
All Scouts going to summer camp shall have at least two overnight campouts with Troop 849. Check out the Guidelines page to find out more.
Medical Form
Everyone going to summer camp needs a completed medical form. Parts and A and B need to be filled out by the parent or guardian. Part C needs to be filled out by a licensed health-care provider. Licensed health-care providers include physicians (MD, DO), nurse practitioners, and physician's assistants.
